Snugglebugs is an independent playgroup business based in Leicester, running parent and child sessions. Currently we offer sensory sessions for babies, but we will be expanding our sessions to include baby massage, arts and crafts, and toddler stay and plays. We are DBS checked and first aid qualified.

Meet Emma
Hi, I'm Emma! I'm mum to 3 grown-up children and Nana to a 2-year-old cheeky chappie. I've ran a successful cleaning business for the last 22 years, but now my children have all left home it's time for a change of direction. So, along with my eldest daughter, Snugglebugs was born! In my spare time I love being creative - I've always got several projects on the go and I love trying new things - meaning I have an overflowing craft room!
Meet Beth
Hi, I'm Beth! I'm Emma's eldest daughter, and mummy to a gorgeous little boy. I've always loved working with children. After completing my Level 3 in Childcare, I worked as a nursery nurse, before becoming a teaching assistant, which I've now done for nearly 10 years. Like my mum, I also love being creative, and I especially love watercolours and modern calligraphy.
Our Sessions
At Snugglebugs, we understand families are different. We're not just a mum-and-baby group. We welcome mums, dads, carers, grandparents, aunties, uncles - all the special grown-ups in your little one's life.
Our sessions are not led by us - they're led by you! We know traditional baby groups where everyone sits in a circle, introduces themselves one by one, and then all sing together, can be really daunting or uncomfortable , especially for new parents or if you're shy. The purpose of our groups is for you and your little one to have time together and space to bond in a welcoming, relaxed environment. Its also a great place to meet other families, make new friends, and talk to others who are likely facing the same parenting challenges as you!
